A total of 36 culverts and 5 bridges were constructed, swamp backfilling and stone-pitched.
Rehabilitation of 3 municipal schools, and municipal markets
- Support from Commune Aschaffenburg; and Engagement Global Germany for installation of a Solar system to provide energy power to the council for its daily operation.
- Support from Late days for the construction and installation of solar borehole water in communities in the municipality.
- The Bloomberg Youth Climate Action Project: The Youth Climate Action Fund is established and supported by Bloomberg Philanthropies and it provides technical assistance and funding to cities worldwide to engage youths between the ages of 15 to 24 in designing, implementing and overseeing urgent climate solutions ranging from tree planting to policy making. The project, implemented by the Bo City Council, is done in partnership with United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG), and the Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation at John Hopkins University, as a fiscally sponsored project of Rockefeller
Philanthropy Advisors. Round 2 of the Youth Climate Action Fund shall empower youths in Bo City to ignite awareness and taking strong action to advance climate goals.
