Sierra Leone launches Bo City festival of culture and sports
The First Lady of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Her Excellency Dr. Fatima Maada Bio, has officially launched the Bo Festival of Culture, Arts, Sports, and Trade (Bo-FoCAST)—an initiative aimed at promoting peace and national cohesion. The launch ceremony took place on Tuesday, 16th September 2025, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Conference Hall in Freetown.
